As a Media Manager, you will work with internal and external clients to plan, buy, report on and optimize online media packages – all with a goal of driving faster adoption and utilization of the Mixpo platform of products and services. You will also work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure Mixpo’s own search, email and web marketing efforts are performing with maximum results.

Responsibilities: Plan, traffic, manage and optimize online advertising campaigns. Perform analysis, testing, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns and provide recommendations based on traffic patterns, navigation paths, bounce rates, conversion trends, etc. Communicate and troubleshoot directly with ad agencies, rich media vendors, ad serving companies, publisher partners and television stations when necessary to ensure a successful campaign. Support National Sales team by training new sales employees on forecasting and verifying inventory availability throughout the sales process. Screen all new creative including rich media and streaming video assets to ensure compatibility with network ad specifications. Develop and execute strategies to grow inbound Mixpo traffic and performance. Leverage analytical tools to understand and maximize online marketing programs performance.
Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years SEM buying experience. Experience working with Google Adwords, Adsense or AdExchange – or comparable media technologies. Fluent in the digital media landscape, including real-time bidding, DSPs, tracking tools, bid-management systems and reporting tools. Experience working with 3rd party vendors, agencies, affiliates and partners is required. Bachelor’s degree. Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency. Creative thinking and problem solving abilities. Ability to work successfully with teams, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Detail-orientation with the ability to produce accurate work. Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
