Sci-Fi at Seattle Lit Crawl

Robots, Ray Guns, and Self-Saving Princesses

Science Fiction takes over St. John’s as these three authors start off the night with a reading of speculative fiction that includes robots, ray guns, self saving princesses and more.

Cat Rambo
Cat Rambo lives, writes, and teaches atop a hill in the Pacific Northwest. Her 200+ fiction publications include stories in Asimov’s, Clarkesworld Magazine, and The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction. She is an Endeavour, Nebula, and World Fantasy Award nominee. Her 2017 publications include Neither Here Nor Here(collection, Hydra House), Altered America: Steampunk Stories (Plunkett Press), and the updated edition ofCreating an Online Presence for Writers, while her second novel, Hearts of Tabat, appears from Wordfire Press in early 2018. Camille Griep 
Camille Griep makes her home in the Pacific Northwest with her partner Adam and their two bulldogs, Dutch and Hippo. The Editor of Easy Street and senior editor at The Lascaux Review, she also serves as an editor and communications director for Prison Renaissance, a nonprofit fostering mentorship and collaboration between free and incarcerated artists. In addition to the novels Letters to Zell and New Charity Blues, she has published short fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction at a variety of online and print venues.

Caren Gussoff Sumption
Caren Gussoff Sumption is a literary and science fiction writer SF writer. She’s published bunches in anthologies, collections, and in magazines — online and print. Her book-length works include Homecoming, (2000), and The Wave and Other Stories (2003), first published by Serpent’s Tail/High Risk Books; The Birthday Problem (2014: Pink Narcissus Press); and Three Songs for Roxy (2015: Aqueduct Press). She is also proud of her day job, working in a crisis center, and never thought she’s find anything she likes as much as writing. She’s a lucky cat.
