Kevin Dillon Takes the Helm as Ratio Interactive President

Kevin Dillon is coming aboard Ratio Interactive as president, joining Paul Kim, CEO and Russ Whitman, Chief Strategy Officer. Dillon joins the digital agency during an expansive growth period with the hiring of 30 employees this year and revenues expected to double in 2012.

Prior to joining Ratio Interactive, Dillon held positions at Microsoft, Ascentium and GreenRubino in which he was responsible for a wide portfolio of clients such as: Starbucks, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Nintendo, Disney, PetSmart, Office Depot, InfoSpace, Bruckheimer Films, Fluke, CVS Pharmacy, Warner Brothers, Wells Fargo, Verizon, and Real Networks.

Dillon established his reputation in 1993 when he started one of Seattle’s first web design and development agencies, Accelerated Media.  His work was recognized by Jerry Bruckheimer where Dillon became Bruckheimer’s go to provider for helping develop online initiatives for his movie launches.  Dillon has been recognized by his clients and peers as someone who not only understands the trends within the digital space, but someone who understands how best to leverage them with a business objective in mind.

Earlier this month Ratio Interactive, one of Microsoft’s preferred digital agency partners, launched (Press Release) more than 20 apps including Allrecipes.com; Condé Nast, including Vogue, Wired, Vanity Fair, The New Yorker, GQ and Self, among other media brands; iCookbook™; Naturespace; and Meredith Corporation’s Parents, to name a few. Ratio has been developing apps on the Windows 8 platform since day one and recognizing these efforts, Microsoft produced a video with Russ Whitman, chief strategy officer at Ratio, featured on the Windows Store homepage.  The company plans to announce several more apps later this month.
