Position: Senior Graphic Designer

What: Weber Marketing Group is looking for a highly creative, curious and exceptionally talented designer to join their creative team. As a Designer you will work with others, and often independently, to generate compelling concepts and visual design, executing that work across a variety of platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Bring passion and creativity to any design assignment
• Be comfortable tackling a variety of visual design challenges — from advertising, to brand identity, to physical environments, to the development of original brand guidelines and standards
• Generate ideas that inspire great copy — as well as translate copy into great design
• Execute comprehensive campaigns across a variety of mediums
• Ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
• Present concepts with rationale to account managers and clients
• Collaborate with creative director and account team to understand business objectives and client expectations
• Build and present PowerPoint presentations — often presenting work online to clients nationwide
• Continue to learn and push yourself
Requirements:
• Proven conceptual and design skills — backed by the technical skills to execute your vision
• 3+ years working as a creative professional
• Ability to gracefully manage multiple projects, revisions and timelines
• Ability to design at light speed when necessary
• Effective presentation & persuasion skills a must
• Passionate attitude and enthusiasm
• Fun, creative energy
• Critical eye for details
• Experience with online and interactive campaigns is a must
• Expert knowledge of a Mac and Adobe CS
• Robust SketchUp Skills is a huge plus
• Knowledge of financial services is a plus
• Experience designing branded retail environments is a plus
