The successful candidate will possesses a collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and strengthen relationships, both within the system and in the community. The next president will have experience leading a complex educational organization including building and managing budgets, strategic planning, marketing functions and an interest in all aspects of fundraising.
