Position: Marketing Coordinator
Where: Seattle
What: The Marketing Coordinator is generally responsible for assisting, cultivating, and documenting the firm’s marketing initiatives. This role will include writing and editing firm content, identifying and researching attorney marketing opportunities, and coordinating with team members and vendors to ensure an effective implementation of marketing plans.

Responsibilities:
Social Media & Online Reputation
Coordinate with marketing team to support social media efforts and online reputation management
Contribute to outbound social media calendar, including development of content, scheduling, and monitoring engagement
Monitor company’s online reviews and reputation and support improvements
Handle outreach efforts to obtain positive client reviews
Monitor client surveys and results – identify opportunities and trends
Attorney Marketing
Work with marketing and directly with the attorneys to develop and support attorney marketing opportunities
Research and procure attorney speaking opportunities
Facilitate award nominations
Assist in the onboarding and promotion of new attorneys
Maintain attorney bio data and ensure attorney online presence is always up to date
Sponsorships & Events
Assist in involvement with legal and local community organizations (attorney involvement, firm sponsorships)
Provide support for firm events
Additional marketing responsibilities as needed

Requirements:
In order to perform the above, the individual must be skilled in the following:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, English, or a related field.
Five or more years of hands-on experience. Experience in a law firm or professional services firm preferred.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills required.
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize needs, and manage schedule based on deliverables and expectations.
Team-oriented, collaborative approach to project management.
Strong attention to detail.
Solid work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Proficient in desktop publishing programs and Microsoft Office.
