Azuqua is looking for a star demand generation manager to create leads for our growing sales team. Is that you? As a demand generation manager, you will be the central point of developing and executing our lead generation campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Create leads to support corporate revenue objectives
Manage all elements of demand generation programs including campaign strategy, lead database development and nurture, through partner campaigns, targeting, planning, and execution
Manage email strategy through marketing automation software (Marketo)
Develop and execute lead generation events including webcasts and field events
Develop and execute advertising campaigns such as Google Adwords, LinkedIn, partner site listings and others
Monitor, measure, and improve lead generation performance
Analyze impact of tools and lead generation on sales cycles
Maintain and administer Marketo
Collaborate with sales in order to gain buy-in, understanding and participation in marketing programs
Manage best-in-class vendors to implement programs

Requirements:

A minimum of 6 years of experience in cloud-based software sales or digital marketing required
Proven success in previous demand generation or marketing operations roles
Strategic thinker who has consistently demonstrated a history of thinking critically and being scrappy when needed
Experience with sales operations, reporting, marketing and campaign dashboards and KPIs
CRM and marketing automation experience required (Salesforce.com and Marketo are a plus)
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Must possess excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
Experience working with a B2B SaaS sales department
Strong ability to influence others and work collaboratively with other departments
Ability to manage detailed project to tight timelines. Responds under pressures of time and uncertainty
Self starter mentality
Strong desire to fail fast and learn quickly
Must have an eye for visual design so as to evaluate aesthetic quality of marketing materials
Strong technology background
