Our cloud-based platform powers a rapidly growing network of warehouse facilities and 100Ks of pallet positions nationwide. The FLEXE platform makes the process of sourcing and scaling warehouse space easy and efficient, ultimately transforming the $1.4B logistics industry.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to help us grow our client base. You will be working closely with our sales team, market development team and our CEO! The ideal candidate is an analytically-oriented self-starter that is willing and able to take ideas and run with them. This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing startup.

Responsibilities:
• Manage outbound email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, A/B testing and content creation
• Segment prospect lists based on company characteristics and past behaviors/interactions
• Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
• Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends
• Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
• Work with our marketing and sales teams to test and manage additional demand generation tactics

Requirements:
• 2-4 B2B email marketing a MUST, including campaign design and execution
• Proficient in latest email marketing tools as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, ect) and Google platforms
• Ability to clearly articulate the company’s image and business value to both internal and external audiences
• Proven success in marketing roles requiring interaction with sales and working cross functionally in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Past experience in a startup environment a plus!
• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in marketing or communications, or relevant experience
