Position: Membership Program Coordinator

Where: Seattle

What: This role is responsible for fostering a positive experience for WTIA members. The core focus of the position is to provide timely, high-touch customer service to a member base of 600+ companies.

The membership program coordinator will work closely with WTIA events team to ensure that members engage and participate in WTIA programming.  This position requires strong database, organization, administrative and communication (written and oral) skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Member Experience
    • Relationship Management: Execute on membership engagement plan.
      • Meet productivity requirements.
      • Deliver quality and timely customer service.
      • Meet with and develop interpersonal relationships with WTIA members.
    • Retention: Execute monthly renewal process.
      • Support invoicing and collections.
      • Coordinate and conduct meetings with large renewing members.
    • Onboarding: Onboard companies within the first two weeks of membership.
      • Build and maintain relationships with lead company communicators and decision makers.
      • Coordinate new member company meetings.
      • Support WTIA – 45 day member engagement strategy.
  • Member Fulfillment
    • Support coordination and execution of WTIA event offerings.
    • Work with internal team to maintain WTIA fulfillment tracker.
    • Ensure membership deliverables are received.
  • Program support
    • Attend WTIA internally produced events.
    • Work with COO to provide support to WTIA workforce and policy committees
    • Provide fulfillment support to event sponsors
    • Assist with event set-up and tear-down.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Proven face-to-face relationship management experience
  • Proficiency with CRM and database software (Salesforce)
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, motivated, proactive, and a team player
  • Flexible schedule. Attendance for 40 -50 out of office weekday events per year required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree required
