Position: Account Strategist

Where: Seattle

What: Potent is looking for the right person to join their Account Strategy team. Account strategists develop and implement web marketing strategy, including SEO, PPC, social media, creative and analytics services, performing the critical task of liaising between our in-house talent and the outside client. They are the face of Portent.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and effectively communicate marketing strategy both internally and to the client
  • Manage client relationships through goal setting, campaign execution and the reporting of results
  • Coordinate with the AS team and internal project teams

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years as an internet marketing account executive or comparable experience managing campaigns in SEO, PPC, and social media, preferably in an agency setting
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, data presentation and visualization/reporting
  • Experience developing and executing high level strategy, tying it back to metrics and KPIs
  • Proficient in managing online marketing campaigns with numerous stakeholders and multiple deadlines to successful and measurable results
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability and desire to work with teams and clients of disparate backgrounds and subject matter expertise
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the confidence to inspire others
  • Excellent writing ability
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
