Responsibilities:

Tableau Software is looking for a highly-motivated and organized Marketing Campaign Manager to support marketing efforts related to lead generation programs, web seminars and web-based events, lead lifecycle/conversion programs, vendor negotiations and management, and analysis of performance metrics. You will support the success of marketing program operations, assisting with tasks to ensure program elements are executed, projects are executed on time, key data metrics are updated, and marketing-related customer support issues are resolved. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is driven, eager to get elbow-deep in all aspects of marketing, ready to roll-up their sleeves, and be a key player in the success of a fast-growing company. Some of the thing you’ll be doing include:

+ Campaign Management — Some may think sending a postcard = promotion, but not you! You weave a smart web of integrated elements to create highly impactful marketing programs designed to flood our website with eager leads.
+ Online Marketing — You’ll be the brains (and brawn) behind web-based campaign user experiences, online events, and all things digital marketing. You’ve been accused of being a landing page expert, perhaps with a mantle of awards and bragging rights (or at least working on one).
+ Testing Guru –– You can’t imagine a world without testing or decisions without data to support. You’ll perform A/B and multivariate testing on campaign elements to optimize conversion marketing efforts.
+ Marketing Best Practices — You are more up to speed on marketing best practices than TMZ is on celebrity gossip. You’ll stay abreast of marketing best practices in all of the above topics and provide strategic input on how to incrementally improve each one.
+ Analytics — You’ll use tools like Tableau to analyze program leads and follow-up programs, constantly testing new ways to drive more leads and more conversions.
+ Marketing Automation — You’ll use Eloqua as your battle axe to deliver timely and relevant emails and notifications to help drive leads through the sales pipeline.
+ New Markets — You’ll research and assess new ways to drive new leads, leveraging media properties, targeted lists, and other opportunities to get out there. Your test and follow-up campaigns will prove their worth.
+ Database Marketing —You’ll understand the best ways to segment and leverage this asset to drive traffic/registrations for our programs and promote across our database to targeted groups.
+ Cross Functional Teamwork — In addition to driving lead generating marketing campaigns, you’ll team up with Field Marketing, Systems, PR and Product to ensure all campaigns are relevant, targeted, and delivering the most bang for our buck.

Requirements:

+ Experienced. You have 5+ years experience, including at least two years managing marketing campaigns.
+ Highly Technical. You are experienced with Eloqua or other similar marketing automation programs, and have demonstrated ability with HTML and Adobe Creative Suite. You also have experience with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com.
+ Go-Getter. You excel at managing multiple projects and tasks, and remain detail oriented and deadline driven.
+ Communicator. Your excellent written and oral communication skills are top notch.
+ Motivated. You want to learn and thrive with a fast-growing company.
+ A True Team Player. You have the ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize accordingly, and are dependable and able to work without significant supervision
+ Educated. You have a BA degree in Marketing or equivalent related experience.
