Position: SEO Marketing Coordinator
Where: Seattle
What: Zillow is looking for a highly motivated and resourceful individual to help take our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts to the next level. You are passionate about keeping up with SEO strategies, organized, and willing to constantly test and execute new techniques. This is a full-time contract position with longer term potential.
Requirements:
-Establish & maintain partnerships with authoritative web sites
-Use creative thinking and novel strategies, and work with internal teams to brainstorm link bait
-Ensure partnerships are setup and executed for proper SEO benefit
-Produce regular and detailed progress reporting
Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree, preferably marketing, business, or communications
-Basic understanding of SEO concepts like canonicalization, back links, internal linking, search ranking factors, search friendly URL’s, web analytics, keyword research, and link building
-1-2 years of related SEO experience is preferred
-Extremely detail oriented
-Strong writing and communication skills
-A self starter who can work independently
