NewBay is currently looking to recruit a Web Marketing Manager to build NewBay’s profile and brand online.


Responsibilities: Work closely with Marketing Communications to build the NewBay brand through online channels. Manage the design, development and optimization of the NewBay corporate website. Liaise with web developers and graphic designers on website development. Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor and report website traffic, optimize site design and maximize lead generation. Promote, maximise and monitor traffic to NewBay.com.  Leverage search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, web advertising and pay per click (PPC) campaigns to drive website traffic and lead generation. Leverage web-based email tool to develop and execute effective email campaigns including lead generation, customer updates and product promotion activities.  Manage website-SalesForce integration and lead management process. Track and analyze web marketing programs, campaigns and traffic in order to maximise lead generation and return on investment (ROI).

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in web marketing and strong, demonstrable knowledge of up to date techniques and channels.
• Knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver and web analytics is essential.
• Experience with email marketing tools and SalesForce.com.
• Ability to track, analyze, optimize and report on web marketing programs and campaigns.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with social media channels and marketing techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and also on own initiative.
• Enthusiastic, flexible and able to deliver projects under pressure

Desirable/Other
• Graphic design skills and experience with design programs like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Knowledge of web conferencing tools like WebEx or GoToMeeting
