Responsibilities: In this position, you will be responsible for identification of opportunities, conceptual development, functional definition, performance management, and ensuring customer satisfaction for the features and products that are part of the Mobile Product Management strategic roadmap. Lead the design, optimization and management of consumer facing mobile products leveraging platforms and SDK from Apple, Android, Windows 7, and mobile web. Develop new features that support the organization’s value proposition and leverage available assets. Develop product requirements documents, including Project Proposal, Product Specs and coordinating smooth hand-off to technical planning group. Manage product launch efforts, including design & production management, business validation, launch, and performance monitoringMaintain and optimize existing mobile products to optimize customer engagement and satisfaction, as well as revenue opportunities. Track and analyze key product and feature metrics. Maximize product value proposition (user, market, revenue) over complete product lifecycle. Provide ongoing evaluation & recommendations for existing products against current business objectives & success metrics, including customer satisfaction. Manage all product and/or feature launch efforts, including feature release, and pricing and packaging structure
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in online and/or mobile product development, preferably in the social networking and/or subscription-based consumer Internet/Mobile space. none here. Project or Program management experience for initiatives of varying scope, budget and speed to market is a plus; familiarity with project/program life-cycle and software development best practices. Familiar with current mobile technologies and relationships between mobile devices, the software/apps that run on them, and web architecture. Proven track record of successful experience working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and remote development and management teams. BA/BS Degree. Must be able to work on-site in our brand new Seattle offices smack in the middle of the downtown business district @ 5th and Pine.
