Seattle Business Classes put on by the Veterans Business Outreach

This four week workshop will walk you through the major sections of a business plan, answer specific questions you may have, and set you up to leave with a draft of your business plan. Class will cover how to create a strategic statement, identifying your markets and competitors, value propositions, differentiation, pricing, projecting financials, sales strategies, operation plans, building your team, and then putting it all in your plan. Since each class builds on the previous class we recommend the entire series but if you can only make one or want to participate in a certain section we hope you will still join us! This is a workshop style class so bring your ideas and be ready to work on them during each session.

July 7 Class 1: Understand the basics of a business plan, define your value proposition and identify your target market.

July 14 Class 2: Market research, differentiation, competitor research, and marketing and sales strategies.

July 21 Class 3: Operation, building your team, understanding your costs, and putting it all together in your projected financials.

July 28 Class 4: Continue putting it all together, filling in the gaps, stating your assumptions, and putting a bow on it.
