Working Capital Optimization in International Trade

Supply chain strategies being developed by US importers and exporters must enable these companies to expand their global reach and to use this international focus to drive their growth. In order for businesses to compete internationally, they must reduce the amount of time it takes to move their product to market and, at the same time, achieve working capital efficiencies in their supply chain. It is also critical that they concurrently identify and capitalize on global growth opportunities, protect their goods and trademarks and mitigate the many risks inherent in the global commerce system.

This event will answer the critical questions inherent in these goals:

  • How can importing and exporting companies maximize their global revenues while at the same time managing risk and increasing efficiency?
  • How can my company achieve working capital, profitability and connect to the growth in global business opportunities?
