Difficult Conversations in Life and Business, WWBC, Nov. 12

November 12, 2014 @ 12:00 am - 2:00 pm

wwbcDifficult Conversations in Life and Business, WWBC

When: Wednesday, November 12, 2o14, 12 am – 2 pm

Where: 1437 S. Jackson St, Seattle

What: We all have occasional frustrations over difficult conversations.  Learning to better navigate challenging communications can create better relationships with difficult customers, employees, partners, suppliers and more so that we can be more successful in business as well as with friends and family!  Join us November 12 as we explore practical ways to learn how to connect with others to create harmony and empathy and a win-win instead of resentment and ill will. The work is based on nonviolent communication.

In this workshop, you will learn through practice how to improve interactions in the following areas:

  • Reduce misunderstandings by asking questions that clarify what others say.
  • Cut way down on criticism or judgment by identifying underlying thoughts, feelings, and needs.
  • Focus on solutions (what works) rather than on problems (what doesn’t work).
  • Create agreements that build trust and understanding.
  • Learn self-empathy to more peacefully manage difficult interactions.

Moreah will offer workshop participants a complimentary coaching call on any areas where communication is not as good as you want it to be.
