Seattle riders can now use Google Transit to plan trips using public transportation, and even compare the cost of public transportation with the cost of driving. With the Google Transit Trip Planner, you can also specify when you want to leave or arrive, and check out different route possibilities.
Google Transit launched in the Portland, OR metro area, citing TriMet, Portland’s transit authority, as a technological leader in public transportation. Seattle is one of the first five cities added to the service.
