Ezdigs.com was created as a hybrid between the newly emerging Internet brokerages and traditional brick-and-mortar real estate companies. The company will initially focus its service on the Greater Puget Sound area, including properties in King and south Snohomish counties.

EZdigs will allow sellers to pay a 1 percent commission on home sales, instead of the 3 percent commission charged by traditional real estate brokers.

Headlined “GooTube.com web design SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY” the post declares it is looking for “the most qualified team of web designers and developers in the Seattle area to create a robust site, in an extremely short amount of time.”

The owner proclaims, “I am the owner of GooTube.com, and we currently have plans to sell our rights to the name at live auction at the end of this month. Although it might be prudent to wait and see what happens, we have decided to attempt to fetch one of the largest amounts ever for a domain name sale now, to give hungry and forward-thinking domain investors the opportunity to purchase, and/or to strengthen our selling position for a potential offer from one of the “Big Three.” We don’t know whether to say “Good Luck!” on the domain sale when “GooLuck!” may be more appropriate.
